Terms & Conditions:

Payment: Once you have made your purchase, please make payment within 48 hours. We accept PayPal.



Delivery: Upon receiving your payment, we will ship your item within 1 business day (Mon. - Fri.)
Item is shipped with FedEx Ground from USA. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes and Military AFO/APO addresses.



Shipping Cost: Shipping is FREE to lower 48 states of the USA, including a tracking number. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. virgin islands: $60
For P.O. Boxes and Military AFO/APO addresses shipping cost is $35 additional.



International customers: We do ship Internationally. Canada= $80 Worldwide International (Europe, Asia, Australia): $100-140 (Please e-mail for shipping quote) Customer is responsible for all custom brokerage, duty, and taxes.



Local Pick Up: Local pickup available. Please contact us for pickup instructions.



Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the listing, we will guarantee the product free of defect for one full year (12 months) from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover abuse or damages caused by road hazard or improper installation. Any modification to the product will void the warranty. When a warranty claim occurs, we will choose to repair, exchange or refund the payment at our discretion. Used items are generally sold in AS-IS condition with no warranty.



RETURN & EXCHANGES: In the case of returning or exchanging the product, you must email us first to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us. The shipping that we initially charge is not refundable. All returns is subject to a 20% restocking fee and the returned product must be in unused, original condition. We will not take any returns or exchanges after 2 weeks from the date of sale. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchanges.



Shipping Damage & Insurance: Items are packaged with certified shipping materials. We take care of all packages. We're not responsible for shipping damage. In the case of a shipping damage claim, we will file the claim on the customer's behalf and the shipping company will process the shipping damage claim. We are not responsible for the result of the claim and the customer agrees not to file any dispute or chargeback due to shipping damage.
